New Release from Vita Bella - 'Amore'

Hello everyone! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Just a quick update to announce the festive release of 'Amore', a strapless dress of scarlet silk perfect for those parties you've got lined up. The bodice is gathered to the waist and finished with a large sculpted red rose. Silk cascades from the rose to the hem on the left side, making this a very flattering and elegant outfit indeed! New Release at Vita Bella Vintage Fashion: Miss Scarlet

Hello! I've got round to releasing a new burlesque set, available in store now. 'Miss Scarlet' is a lovely costume, made of scarlet and black velvet. The underbust corset is made of gorgeous scarlet velvet with venise lace applique and black dupioni silk accents. The set includes a matching scarlet velvet bra with matching applique, black ruffled knickers and matching suspender belt to boot. Of course no burlesque outfit would be complete without a bustle, and the one included in this set finishes the costume perfectly. Made of matching black velvet and black lace with scarlet peacock feathers and a black velvet bow, this bustle is a showstopper :). This is all topped off with a pair of vintage seamed stockings with a red bow detail at the back. At just $L275 this is a fine quality burlesque costume at a great price!


Also available seperately are the gloves pictured, and a choice between one scarlet/black burlesque dance fan for $L100, or a set of two for $L190.

Announcing the arrival of the lucky chair at Vita Bella! The prizes include a selection of old favourites available at the store as well as a couple of gifts exclusive to the Lucky Chair. Eventually I will be phasing the older versions of some of the very early designs out as the quality of some of the dresses doesn't match up with more recent releases. I may re-do some of the textures, or just put the old ones up for sale at heavily discounted prices, I haven't quite decided yet. Roll Up! Roll Up for the Second Life Hurly Burly Circus!

Just a quick entry to give you a sneak preview of the next release from Vita Bella - An as yet unnamed scarlet and black velvet corset burlesque set.. Complete with the first feathered fan I've ever made. Think it turned out to be quite a success! This outfit will feature in the new Vita Bella Vintage ad campaign, due to begin in the October issue of the lovely Retropolitan magazine. Designed with the circus in mind, although it may not show it, this outfit is turning out to be one of my favourites already.

New second life vintage dress release - Wedding Belle!

Hey all,

Just a quick update to give you a peek at a new vintage wedding dress available at Vita Bella Vintage Fashion today! Named 'Wedding Belle', this beautiful lacey full circle bridal gown is sure to turn heads on or off the second life aisle.


Can also be worn and bought as a delicate day/party dress. Comes with four different coloured sashes to help you co-ordinate with your wedding theme, or just your favourite second life vintage shoes. At only L$250 for the dress and the sashes this is great value for your lindens.

Also available is a range of matching accessories tailored exclusively for this outfit, that again can be bought and worn seperately. The matching pillbox hat with white peacock feathers and pearls is the ultimate in wedding chic. Add to this the sculpted white with pink burst lily and birdcage veil and you've got a hat fit for any second life bride-to-be.


The bouquet matches the lily which adorns the hat, and is a combination of white, tropical burst and pink burst sculpted lillies, as well as lily leaves. The bouquet is tied with pink silk ribbon as a lovely finishing touch.

New Release - 'Some Enchanted Evening'

This beautiful gown speaks of utmost sophistication and will transform any avi (bride or not) into a goddess. Made of luxurious ivory silk, 'Some Enchanted Evening' boasts a sweetheart bodice gathered at the front, floor length full skirt with elegant long length train, all finished off with a silver sash around the waist.



'Some Enchanted Evening' can be bought without accessories, which are sold seperately, or as part of the whole set which includes ruched elbow length fingerless gloves, rich red rose bouquet with pearls and white silk ribbon and a pillbox birdcage veil with deep red roses, pearls and white feathers. Sweetpea

First up is 'Sweetpea' and it is as cute as it sounds. This is a vintage ivory organza full circle swing dress with short sleeves, lace appliqué detail on the bust and pretty little pink satin ribbon the shoulder. Can be bought with matching veil, bouquet and ruched wrist length gloves or you can pick and choose by buying the accessories seperately.



The veil is made of gorgeous scalloped vintage lace, with a crown of delicate pink and cream roses. Simplicity at its sweetest.

Hello and welcome to the brand spanking new Vita Bella blog. Here you can find info on new releases, upcoming projects and general banter here at Vita Bella :). You lucky people! To start off, I'm very excited to announce the release of the Bridal Collection. I was having a look round at the range of vintage on offer in SL and it struck me that there was a distinct lack of vintage bridalwear, so I thought, "I'll have to do something about that." And here I am. There are two dresses in the collection so far, both very, very different. So that's enough from me, on to the vintage!
